Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates Germany and Austria:

  • Orders less than 75,00 Euro: 5,95 Euro
  • Orders over 75,00 Euro: free shipping

 

For new customers the delivery will be sent on prepayment or on a COD basis (cash on delivery). In case of COD a additional fee which is regardless from regularly shipping rates will be charged. (additional charging fee: Germany: 6,50 Euro / Austria: 12,00 Euro)

Shipping rates Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 25,00 Euro - New costumers have to pay in advance, either by wire transfer or with CreditCard (Visa/MasterCard)

Shipping rates BeNeLux, Denmark and France, Great Britain, Czech Republik: 9,95 Euro - All orders have to be paid in advance, either by wire transfer or with CreditCard (Visa/MasterCard)

Shipping rates Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Finnland, Baltic States, Poland, Slowakia, Slovenia, Kroatia, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzogowina:19,95 Euro - All orders have to be paid in advance, either by wire transfer or with CreditCard (Visa/MasterCard)

Delivery Terms

Delivery Time

  • The delivery usually takes max. 10 working days. If the estimate delivery time takes longer, you will receive a notice. Delivery time starts with the confirmation of your order or, in case of payment in advance, with receipt of the payment.
  • In the event of delay, an immediate notice will be served.
  • Orders are automatically stored. If you need information about your pending order, please contact us, we will then provide you with the necessary information.
  • Delivery time may be delayed, if we do not receive all the information necessary for processing your order.
  • Keep in mind, that statutory provisions or other official channels (e.g. barriers to import or export) can also cause unforeseeable delays.
  • If delivery is behind without prior notice, we are, due to slight negligence, only liable to indemnify foreseeable loss or damages. We are only liable for further claim for damages in case of gross negligence and full intent.

Delivery

  • We reserve the right to partial deliveries, as long as they can be reasonably imposed on the customer.
  • We will choose the appropriate way of transport at our sole discretion, unless otherwise expressly instructed by the customer.
  • All risk is transferred to the customer as soon as the goods are delivered by the forwarding agent. The customer has to report any transport damages immediately to the forwarding agent. Transport damages also have to be reported to us in order to assert any claims.
