With the GlukiPlus the blood sugar measurement for blind and visually impaired doesn´t present a problem anymore. For the measurement you only need a little bit of blood. The special test strip can be touched! There is no surface on which the blood must be applied: only with a tiny slit at the edge of the strips the blood is drawn into a so-called reaction chamber. Within a half minute after the measurement says loud and clear the measurement result. The results can also be announced via the earphones. The measurement value is stored and ill be automatically announced when you activate the GlukiPlus again. You also have the possibility to call up the storage (with up to 20 measurements). The operation of the GlukiPlus is on the measurements- check and F-strips. There are no key combination you have to remember! The GlukiPlus is available either in the units milligram or millimol. The set includes 500 strips, a lancing device (Softclix), 200 lancets for the lancing device and earphones. This can be stowed in the practical system bag.
